1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of 3SixtyShows and your purchase of tickets to any event listed on our platform. By purchasing a ticket, creating an account, or otherwise using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or complete a purchase.

2 Ticket Purchases

All ticket purchases made through 3SixtyShows are subject to the following:

• Tickets are issued for the specific event, date, and — where applicable — seat or section shown at checkout. Please review your order carefully before completing payment.
• Each ticket includes a unique QR code used for admission. Do not share your ticket or QR code publicly; anyone who scans it first will be admitted.
• Tickets are sold subject to availability. Selecting a seat or ticket type temporarily holds it for a limited time while you complete checkout; it is not guaranteed until payment is confirmed.
• A confirmation email with your tickets is sent to the address provided at checkout. You're responsible for providing an accurate email address.

3 Pricing & Fees

Ticket prices are set by the event organizer and displayed at checkout. In addition to the ticket price, a service fee and processing fee apply to each order, shown separately before you complete payment. Promotional codes, where valid, are applied to the ticket subtotal and are subject to the terms of that specific offer (validity period, minimum order amount, and usage limits).

4 Refunds & Cancellations

Except where required by law or explicitly stated for a specific event, all ticket sales are final. We understand plans change, and you may submit a refund request with a valid reason through your account.

• Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be approved or declined at our discretion.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to appear on your statement.
• If a coupon was applied to an order that's later refunded, the discount is accounted for pro-rata in the refunded amount.
• If an event is cancelled by the organizer, affected ticket holders will be notified and refunded automatically.

5 Event Changes

Event dates, times, venues, and lineups are set by the organizing artist or promoter and may change. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders of material changes by email. 3SixtyShows is not responsible for losses arising from event changes, delays, or postponements caused by the venue, artist, or circumstances outside our control.

6 Entry & Age Policy

Age restrictions, if any, are set by the individual event and shown on the event page. Valid photo ID may be required at entry to verify age or ticket ownership. Venue staff reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who cannot provide a valid ticket or required identification.

7 Venue Conduct

Ticket holders are expected to follow venue rules and staff instructions at all times. 3SixtyShows and the venue reserve the right to remove any attendee, without refund, for conduct that is disruptive, unsafe, or violates venue policy.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3SixtyShows is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your attendance at an event, including but not limited to travel costs, lost time, or personal property. Our total liability for any claim relating to a ticket purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that ticket.

9 Privacy

We collect the name, email, and phone number you provide at checkout to process your order, send your tickets, and contact you about your booking. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. For questions about how your data is used, please contact us using the details below.

10 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of 3SixtyShows will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
